Available 9/7/24 for a minimum 1+ month lease this unit is perfect for executive housing or remote work. This fully-furnished 2 bedroom, one and one-half bath unit has air conditioning and is on two levels with hardwood floors, quartz counter-tops and ocean views from the living room and both bedrooms. All utilities included. The kitchen has all of the plates, glasses, cutlery and pots and pans needed and includes a breakfast bar (seating for three - no separate dining area). The living room and powder room are also on the first level. The L/R has a bay window with a counter and four chairs so you can eat a meal, drink your coffee or work on your computer while enjoying a panoramic view of the beach and ocean. We call it the "sand bar." There is also a 54' ROKU TV so that you can sign in to your streaming services. There is no live TV. The second level contains two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a private washer/dryer. Bedroom 1 has a queen size murphy bed that easily converts to a desk if you need another place to work. The second bedroom has a two twin beds that can be pushed together to form a king. There are no TVs in the bedrooms. Additionally, there is a 'bed in a box' in each bedroom which is basically a beautifully hidden cot. The rooms are crowded when the beds in a box are opened so we don't recommend counting on them for use on a regular basis. From the second level you go up to an amazing rooftop deck with a teak table and four chairs as well as two teak steamer chairs. There is free WIFI as well as a CAT5 internet hookup. There is designated off-street parking for one car. No garage. Just a short walk to Pier Ave. where you will find restaurants, clubs, art galleries and shopping. Right around the corner from the Comedy and Magic Club, AVP Volleyball Tournament. Walk to Redondo, Hermosa and Manhattan Beach Piers. Beautiful beach with sand volleyball courts and a lifeguard stand directly in front of the unit. Surfing, snorkeling, sailing, kayaking sport fishing, roller-blading, biking and skateboarding. Twenty-mile bike path stretching from Redondo to Venice Beach and Santa Monica. We provide linens and beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella. Sorry, no bikes or BBQ. One designated off-street parking spot. No garage. Small pet considered with an additional deposit and cleaning fee. Also, we love our neighbors, so please understand we have a very strict NO party policy. There is no smoking of any kind (including marijuana), either indoors or outdoors, anywhere on the property.
