Your pets are welcome (breed restrictions apply, NO pitbulls) with a one time pet deposit of $375.00 plus monthly pet rent. You must complete our screening process at even if you do NOT have a pet. Your application will be considered incomplete until that is completed. Security deposit of $1500.00. Application fee is $25.00 for each adult that will be residing at the property. Must have a renters insurance policy before moving in. Landlord pays for refuse, tenant is responsible for all other utilities as well as snow removal and lawncare. Sorry we do not take housing at this time, this includes LHA and Section 8.
