Close to Rhoads Neighborhood park with green space. The studio has its own bathroom, refrigerator, spacious closet, and opens onto a beautiful patio with fruit trees. Counter top with built in trash can and set of kitchen drawers available, no built-in stove, tenants usually use a combination of hot plate/Instapot or other preferred appliances to cook. Laundromat at nearby Magnolia Center. There is also a wall mounted TV for your use (or we can remove). Add your personal touches to make this sweet spot your own! Water/trash/gas/electric/wifi (we also have solar panels and a battery backup), as well as a weekly gardener, all included in the rent! Single occupancy only. Plenty of street parking available. One year lease preferred but will consider 6 months then month-to-month, no smoking, no drugs, no pets. Security deposit $1950. Available March 15. We will remove the post when rented. Studio is unfurnished, except for what is described above, but I included one photo with tenant furniture to show example of set-up.
