Okay Apartment
The apartment is okay. It had a lot of problems like double cylinder dead bolts and no smoke or carbon monoxide alarms but, after a lot of effort and a lot of back-and-forth with the apartment management company, the problems were finally fixed, which is good because I have 2 young children. But, the overall condition of the apartment is considered vintage. It's not good as is but the potential is there for a beautiful apartment.
