Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer. All linens and towels are provided, except pool towels. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fifth bedroom will be opened for groups of eight or more guests. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube.
