Tailored to the highest standards, this apartment is designed to make you feel at home. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a cozy living room with a TV. The first bedroom includes two queen beds, a TV, and a desk, while the second bedroom has one queen bed. The living room also offers a sofa bed, and there are two bathrooms for your convenience. Rest and recharge in the cozy spaces offered by the building. Enjoy a workout in the fully equipped fitness center and then relax by the warm flame of a communal fireplace. The concierge is available to assist you during business hours, 24/7 on Friday and Saturday, and from 7 AM to 11 PM on other days. Parking is available for $20 per night, and the parking lot gate closes at 11 PM. The pool is open from May to September, and access is limited to registered guests. Each reservation includes registration for two guests, with additional guests available for an extra supplement. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. During transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. To avoid being towed, please park in the designated space and display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. A screening process is required as part of our commitment to community safety. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property.
