Cozy upstairs one bedroom over garage apartment available to rent on shared property (shared with owner) between Talent and Phoenix. Apartment also has large storage and laundry room on ground floor. Outdoor lean-to storage (ideal for 4wheeler, yard maintenance equipment, etc) Built in cubbies and shelves making use of a small living space. Set back from highway with newer windows for quiet living space. We are looking for someone that is quiet, with little incoming traffic (no parties or subletting, sorry), is interested in helping occasionally with keeping an eye on property as a whole when owner is out of town, including gathering eggs and feeding a few chickens, possibly watering garden in summer. You keep any eggs gathered! Single occupant apartment/unit. Apartment pays it's own electricity and internet, owner pays garbage. Property is on well and septic. Also may be available furnished. We have some flexibility for the perfect tenant/neighbor. Looking for tenant with similar interests and views to avoid future tension and so we can all work well together living on same property. M2M contract but seeking long term tenant. We have formed lasting relationships with past tenants here. A small pet might be negotiable but rates may change to accommodate. Possible covered parking if needed. Tenant is expected to help if needed with yard maintenance around the apartment/garage. Strongly suggest renters insurance but not required. I would consider $100 reduction in exchange for 4hrs housekeeping to a person with housekeeping experience.
