Plus, a bathroom with both a shower and bathtub. The home is equipped with a 55" smart HDTV, central air conditioning, washer and dryer, electric fireplace, and LED lighting throughout. Additional perks include complimentary cleaning once a month, NEST Thermostat controlled from your smartphone, Yamaha Receiver and JVC Speakers for smart TV, Samsung DVD/Blu-ray Disc Player, and a coffee bar with Verismo Espresso Maker, French Press, Coffee Machine, and Milk Frother. Our home is contactless with seamless and easy self check-in. A code will be set for you and shared 8 hours before your arrival. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. A $500 smoking fee will be charged for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices and exterior cameras. Excess noise, music, gatherings, or parties will result in termination of your stay without refund. This home is not suitable for pets. There is a $300 move-out fee.
