About This Property
This 3bed/1.5ba lower level duplex is conveniently located just a three minute drive to Appalachian State University. Out front, find plenty of parking and a covered patio for enjoying the weather. No fraternity or sorority members are permitted for this rental. Inside, there is an open living area, featuring ceiling fans, a sliding glass door to the patio, and numerous windows. The kitchen provides spacious counters and cabinets and an attached dining nook. Each of the three rooms has a spacious layout and sizable closets, along with plush carpeted floors. The shared bathroom has under the sink storage, a shower/tub combination, and tiled floors. A $200 administrative fee is due upon signing. Water, provided by a shared well, trash pick up, and yard maintenance are all included in the monthly rent. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenants. A refrigerator, washer and dryer hookups, and stove are included.This home is pet friendly, so bring your furry friend along! There is a non-refundable $250 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent.
