I highly recommend getting a place here. It's quiet here and I've had no problem while my stay here. They're consistent and will get right with you for any problems.

Nightmare! Do your research! Overpriced dump infested with Ants and old HVAC and pipes. Floods in certain areas.... don't do it!

I have lived here for over two years. My stay here has been good. Maintenance always come within a reasonable amount of time and the office staff is friendly as well. So far, I've never had any major problems during my stay here.

I have been there 5yrs ...no major problems, just HATE the parking , never hardly have anywhere to park because of all the Visitors over people houses, Parking really needs to improve

The community is good and the Shelby is a great place to live whether its short/long term

I had very few contact with the main office but when I did have to communicate with them the leasing agent ‘Nikki’ was the most unprofessional person I have ever met. She was just horrible, rude and extremely negative. I would never ever give anyone a recommendation to move there is she’s employed.

I love living in the Shelby Apartment Homes is very quiet nice Neighbors. management great the management always go above and beyond for their Residence. In the Shelby Apartment Homes is it safe in great Community to live in.

so far its ok...i believe it depends on which side of the complex you stay on. My area is quiet. I barely see or hear my neighbors. Always clean and have a parking spot. There is only 1 trash bin for the complex which gets stuffed with trash but it gets cleaned rather quickly. Office staff doesn't respond quick ...other than that the price and closeness of shopping and freeway makes it alright.

Yall increase the rent so so much and its a good place but too expensive

Children throwing rocks hitting my vehicle, garbage blowing in front of my apartment, tenants arguing over parking spaces, someone sprayed oil/grease on my vehicle. I'm just not satisfied with how people are bothering things that don't belong to them.

The pole lights are out on my street and it is darker in some areas. Tenants throws crawfish offline in the yard. Tenants trying to deebo parking spaces.

HORRIBLE!!! Do not move here worst headache of your life!! Maintenance sucks!! They dont complete work orders but will submit a letter saying its completed! OFFICE MANAGEMENT SUCKS!! Very unprofessional and doesnt care about tenants! Great neighbors and community people but the Shelby is not what up

I love the Shelby apts bern here since 2014 no issues other than bullying at one point but thats not on them... Usually maintenance comes fast but I think they been short of workers or actually busy ..the staff members are always polite and helpful..

The shelby is a ok place to stay but could use more maintenance to make them better.

Don't move here. Management is a liar and has no customer service.

I didn't like the being changed to a new apartment the day I came to move in. Notice was giving reroute to Southaven. So we had no other choice to accept the other apartment because we had no where else to go on such short notice. Then maintenance takes forever to come. I had to find a maintenance person to come adhere to the work order that was submitted 4 days prior.

I love living in The Shelby. Ive visited multiple places before moving in and this was the best by far.

Maintenance here sucks ... I’m a clean person and I’ve fogged my unit on several occasions because the bugs .They have painted my unit door and never put the weather instillation back on it . They want you to have different passes for amenities .. A fitness room that is as big as a walk-in closet and a pool that is barely open or kept up (3-5ft) and you have to travel good distance with trash on the back of your just to take to the dumpster .Our neighborhoods live the food ...raccoons I see them every morning just before work .

I am a senior citizen that has been living in this dump for two years now. The maintenance is no good. Their crew needs to be replaced. My bathroom toilet has been overflowing for a week now. I have reported it to the office and no one has came to see it yet. They just ride past as if everything is okay. This is the worst complex I have resided in. I try not to ask them to do anything because they’re not going to do it. When it comes to down to the toilet, I think that’s an emergency. Maintenance sits in their office and ride go-carts all day long. They ALL need to be replaced. There is someone out there that needs a job and the workers here don’t appreciate there’s. They’re flat out lazy and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here. The name constantly gets changed but the work ethic remains the same.

They need more maintenance workers and to lower the rates a little.

Has the potential to be a very nice place however due to lack of quality maintenance, it falls short.

Overall wonderful community, nice amenities, and nice personable staff. Doesn't feel like traditional apartments. Great adjustment when having to downsize from a single family house.

I love legacy crossing I been living here for 2 years never had a problem with anyone. The management are wonderful when I call to report a problem they send maintenance right away to fix the problem the only problem I do have is the high price of pet fee I feel that's to high for a pet and you have to pay 25.00 a month from rent on your animals but other then that I love it here.

I strongly do not recommended Legacy Crossing apartments. Thankfully I live in the area where it is more older people because most majority of the people hear are blasting their music. The neighbors in my area aren't a problem but the management is the main reason I DO NOT recommended. They are unprofessional. My toilet over flooded (6x since I have been here) and the water all the way to my living room, the smell was terrible and I called the management that same day and it took them 4 days to come. The pool is never open, I remember 1 time that it was open. Last year the pool was green & filthy. The washer & Dryer are disgusting. Words are not enough to describe . I found dog poop in the corner of the washer & dryer room. And the only thing they do is Take Your Money!! They don't even work (except the washer & dryer by the office those work, sometimes). Save YOURSELF! DO NOT MOVE HERE. Do not let the pictures on the web fool you that's not how everthing look in person. I moved here to Legacy Crossing August 2015 and is moving this summer 2017 thank God!! I could write a book about all the things wrong with this apartments.

I have a 2 bed room apartment it is comfortable, quiet, and spacious. I am hoping to win this because I need help on being ahead on my bills.

I wrote a review before for this site. It a wonderful area to live. No Noise at night, kids are quiet and the area is well kept up. You are close to everything for shopping and religious services. Parking is great and the laundry area is kept clean and ready. The apartments is well kept and spacious with walk in closet, kitchen has everything a home got including a dish washer(I never has one before). There is even a area storage area and a place for your washer and dryer.There is a pool in three different area here and the area is well patrol by the police and security people. Management stay on top of things as to the up keep of the ground and all apartment repair and maintenance. Office personal are friendly and helpful in any way they can. By the way if you like to travel like me, Interstate 55 is about 5 or 6 min. from here leading in all direction. Check the place out, I know you will love it, I DO. Hope to see you here one day.
