We are on the north end of Capital Hill close to shopping and eateries on Broadway Ave. Utilities are on top of the rent. It has newly refinished Hardwood floors. This unit faces to the west and looks towards Bellevue Ave. The Whittier has a small backyard that has a pea patch area and is able to have a bar B que if desired. This unit has a parking spot that is available if so needed, for $125.00 a month. We are managed by Cornell and Associates and is a Friend of Fair Housing. A reservation fee of $600.00 is required at the time of accepting an application. Please call Rob for more information and to set up a time for viewing. Storage is available for $75.00 a month. Neighborhood
