About This Property
The rental price includes all utilities! Electric, water, sewer, trash pickup. This is a cute historic mid century cottage on a corner lot. The house sits on the southeast corner of the lot. The two streets are Ives Ave and Berlin. The area is a quiet rural residential neighborhood surrounded by Woodlands. Ives is a cul-de-sac so there is very little traffic. The house has a small screened in front porch, newer vinyl siding, a new metal roof and a TV antenna that allows you reception of 30+ TV channels without cable subscription. Spectrum would be available for subscription of cable and internet but is not included. The pictures were taken before the current tenant moved in. The schedule looks like the tenant will move out either in January or no later than end of February 2025. We are in the process of coordinating that with the tenants. We probably will need a few days to do some cleanup and paint and such. We will confirm availability date before signing the lease.
