About This Property
Property Id: 1657806 Starting my search early: Will be UNFURNISHED! I am looking to secure two tenants for a lease beginning March 1, 2025 for one year (renewal options available). The unit is a 2b 2.5b which includes: kitchen appliances, washer & dryer, back patio & both bedrooms have their own private bathroom. The community is quiet and safe. You'll have your own assigned parking spot & gate code for guest. Amenities include: community pool, club house, walking path and playground. Rent is $2400 which will be split between both tenants. Internet, cable and pest control include in rent. Water and Utilities will be tenants responsibility. Prior to moving in, approval is REQUIRED through the HOA with a non-refundable $100 application fee per tenant to the MGT company & a non-refundable $150 fee to the HOA. The approval process can take anywhere between 15-30 days so please keep that in mind. I am looking for two responsible tenants to take care of the space and communicate any issues as needed.
