The owners live next door and we have a coin operated laundromat in the next building. The off street parking lot is very well lit and there is a County Market grocery store, a CVS drug store and the new proposed YWCA is about 1 1/2 blocks away. There are pocket doors between the living room and bedroom and there is a built into the wall ironing board and lots of shelving and cabinets.. We do not accept section 8. We do allow one pet for an additional fee of $20.00 per month plus for dogs there is a pet deposit payment, the amount depending upon the type of dog.This is a non smoking building..The rent is $650.00 and the deposit is $650.00and that includes the heat, water, garbage and recycling and you pay the electric. do NOT contact me with uns
