Beautiful westside neighborhood, half a block from the bus route, walking distance to stores and restaurants. Free buses for further destinations. Each apartment has Off-street parking for 1 car. Large yard for you to enjoy, shared with other tenants. Pet OK with $400 nonrefundable pet fee and $40/month pet rent. Tenant Requirements: $25/adult application processing fee covers reviewing individual credit check and criminal background check, verification of rental history, and verification of employment/income history. We don't expect perfection, but each applicant needs a Transuinon Resident credit score of at least 650. Combined before taxes income of tenants must be 3x rent. Cosigners with high credit score and income can help meet the credit and income requirements. Applicants with credit history showing a history of not paying bills, will not be approved. No felonies in last 10 years. No gross misdemeanors in last 5 years. No evictions. No smoking, No vaping, NO drugs. First month's rent, first months utilities, plus security deposit due via cashiers check at move in. Utilities: tenant pays own electric. Water+sewer+garbage+recycling=$115/month. A walking path frames the lake, and Marathon Park provides a tree-filled picnic destination. Another park, Decatur Woods Park, is located in the heart of South Westside and provides a playground, public art, nature trails, and picnic areas.

Take the walking path along the lake to 5th Avenue, where you'll find Heritage Park, a historic little park that marks the End of the Oregon Trail. Continue along 5th Avenue and you'll be in the heart of Downtown Olympia's shopping and dining district.
