About This Property

We do not accept HUD vouchers. Two-bedroom, one bathroom house for rent. Located in the middle of St. Albans right next to St. Francis Church. Each bedroom has its own closet. Small linen closet in the hallway next to the bathroom. Large living room that could be used as just a family room or a family room and dining room. Large kitchen with a range/oven, refrigerator and plenty of counter and cabinet space. Rental does not include a microwave or dishwasher. There is a third room in the back of the house that could be used as a storage area, pantry, or mud room next to the utility room. Utility room includes another larger closet, washer and dryer hook up, and hot water tank. There is currently a washer and dryer in the unit that can remain or be removed if renter brings their own. They come as is and will not be replaced once they are in no longer working condition. There is one parking spot/driveway in front of the property along with on street parking as well. This is a NON SMOKING residence. Pets are considered depending on size.
