Property Ratings at 515 W. Briar
Everyhing was fairly easy from start to finish. Laundry and bike onsite and bright, clean internet room for when working from home and wanting to get out of the room for a bit. Love having the attached dog park. Elevator is outdated, but haven't experienced issues with it so far.
The elevator has not been inspected by the Dept of Buildings in years and breaks down constantly.
The associate I dealt with was extremely rude and liar. The quality of service they deliver is dreadful and their attitudes are disgusting! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST!
What can I say, it’s Lakeview and its dog friendly. Two very important things I needed in a place which Briar does and does well. They have this cute little dog park which is super convenient. They have a business center right next to the dog park where I can get free wifi as he runs around and plays with the other resident’s dogs. If you have a dog, love Lakeview, you should definitely check out 515, I love it!
