This place is great! Very quiet and the courtyards are beautiful here. Neighbors are nice and a lot of places to eat and shop around here. Would recommend living here!

New management is horrible. New property manager is super rude, and horrible to work with. Horrible communication. Marisol is super helpful though. Apartments are going downhill quick.

Review: I recently moved into an apartment near The Galleria in Houston, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The location is a standout feature. Being steps away from one of the largest shopping centers in the city means easy access to high-end retail stores, great restaurants, and plenty of entertainment options. The apartment has a well-designed floor plan that makes good use of the space. My unit has large windows that let in a lot of natural light.

I have been living at Galleria Oaks for close to 20 years. I have not moved because I find the place a great place to live. The place is centrally located. A great advantage.

I have been living at Galleria Oaks Apartments for a while now the location has, easy access to top-notch restaurants, fitness and all major freeways. However traffic is congested and the neighborhood has gone downhill since the pandemic. I like the hardwood flooring, and having an in-unit washer/dryer. The tropical setting with exotic foliage and tranquil waterfalls adds a nice touch.The gated access, business center, pool, and picnic area are fantastic additions that make living here enjoyable. Overall, Galleria Oaks offers a convenient and comfortable living experience, though there’s room for improvement in some areas.

I like living at Galeria Oaks. I like my privacy, which I have here. My neighbors are friendly. I like my apt., except for the wine racks. The grounds are kept well and are very pretty. Your maintenance personel are great. The office staff are up on everything. This is my home now.

Galleria Oaks is a great community, grounds are kept up, and the staff here makes you feel right at home. If there is ever a need for repairs, the team is immediately on it.

I love living here so far. The complex is clean, safe, and in a decent location. I often use the pool and the small dog walk near the back of the apartments. All service requests are attended to very quickly and rent is reasonable. The apartments themselves are clean, spacious, and have modern appliances

I love living at GO. I feel safe and the grounds are always so nice and clean. The only think I would say that needs improvement is the rusty staircases and half way done painting projects around the building.

Had some challenges with the background verification process but Marisol from the leasing office really helped us in getting things sorted. Overall the move-in process was smooth and all issues noted on Day 1 were promptly addressed by the Maintenance team.

Very tranquil in the nighttime which is odd noticing that Richmond is a very busy road and Galleria Oaks provide two outstanding water features. When it comes to shopping you are basically close to everything. Best part that trump most places is that during natural disasters you will have power.

In my experience, one of the biggest complaints about multi unit properties is the maintenance or lack there of. Not at Galleria Oaks! Every time I see staff for the maintenance department, they are moving fast. I was at friend’s place for dinner and she had a minor leak in her laundry room which she reported immediately. Although it was way after hours, her call was answered and the gentleman on call left his dinner and was there within 10 min. The next morning another staff member was fielding numerous requests from neighbors way before he was due to start……and incredibly, through all the numerous emergencies and, at times, ridiculous requests, every member of this 5 star maintenance team have been polite kind and patient. In my opinion, the property management office works seamlessly with the maintenance team creating an efficient and well oiled machine throughout the property.

I’ve been here for 11 years. The location is great for all your needs whether it’s shopping or the medical center. One block from Galleria and what more can I say! The management stays on top of things with this recession that we live in. Maintenance remains on top of all calls and the grounds remain beautiful!

I’m always sharing about my experience at Galleria oaks, primarily because of the feeling of community. However, with the change in seasons and the nice spring weather, I realized another thing I like about my home. Galleria Oaks is safe and secure. Everyone has their windows open and sometimes even doors. Although we are in the heart of the City, I am not concerned for my wellbeing. This community is protective of the free spirited and open environment that has developed organically over the years. Nothing compares to the need for people to feel safe. Especially in their community. Thank you Galleria Oaks!

I have been living at Galleria Oaks for almost 19 years. I arrived in September 2005. I love the area. Peaceful, safe, and quiet. The indoor parking is a plus.

I have almost lived here for a year and I have not had any problems with living here. The staff is friendly and take care of business. Maintenance is also friendly and they are very quick to help. It’s a nice quiet complex and I feel safe here which is probably the biggest concern living in Houston. Overall, I’ve enjoyed my time here and I’m grateful to call this my home
