Kitchen and upstairs bedrooms newly painted. W/S/T is included in monthly rent. Neighbor next door may be willing to split internet (high-speed). Gas heater in living room, renter pays gas/electric (20-100$/month). 2 blocks to laundromat, on street parking, no smoking on the property. Prefer no pets, however a well behaved dog with references may be negotiable. Yard is fenced, mostly 6 ft. privacy fence, however there is a section of fence to ally that is 4 feet tall, and a section between the back yards that is only 2.5 ft.
