mice!!
there is a mouse infestation that has been going on for months, do not recommend living here.

Not safe, and inside is like a tenement
I've lived in 516 Orange for about 6 months now, and where do I begin. First, good luck getting anything fixed-- the management team is incredibly unresponsive and slow (unless you miss rent by a day). Secondly, packages are stolen like candy. There is no viable security system in place, the front and mailroom door are repeatedly broken into. Last year a man tried to get in by trying every window on the fire escape-- and he did manage to enter the building. The hallways look so beat up and scratched up, and there is a mattress frame on the floor on the third floor hallway that has been there for months. The elevator was broken during a time when many moved in, and it continued to be so for MONTHS. There is, for some reason, a game room no one uses in the basement, but no trash room, so you have to go outside in the cold, lonely alley a block around to dump your garbage. Laundry machine only takes quarters-- which, in a coin shortage is a major issue. I highly recommend not moving into this tenement.
