Look somewhere else!
I have been living here for 6 years now. The location is convenient. Most of the tenants are nice. The rent is affordable. Now to the cons...there are roaches and mice running the building like they pay rent here. One time I was walking down the hall and there laid a dead mouse. How disgusting! The super allows anyone to park in the back. When it clearly states unauthorized vehicles will be towed but he doesn’t care. The carpet in the hall is very dirty. With that being said I am currently looking for a new place to stay.
