There is also a beautiful downstairs sunroom that opens up onto a huge deck that overlooks the brand-new pool and jacuzzi There is a restaurant grade Weber grill on the deck that you are welcome to use. The house is full of newly installed windows and has high ceilings. This house is walking distance to Little 5 Points, Inman Park Village, and Virginia Highlands, Ponce City Market and the Belt line! It is just a couple of miles to downtown, Midtown, and Piedmont Park. The Freedom Park trail is one block away and leads to the Beltline. It is a great place to walk and bike! There are two parking spaces right out front.
