Lazy gossiping staff. Won't fix or clean anything. Lights out in hallways for several weeks. Not to mention hallway stench is repulsive and embarrassing.

Think again!
Place is nice and affordable but residents are disgusting! There are trash bags left in the hallway for several hours creating a strong stench and noisy neighbors blasting their music all day as if they were having a fiesta! Also packages are always going missing. (No cameras). However office facilitators are very friendly :)

Roaches!
Pros:Nice and cheap apartment. Cons:Landlord will not fix anything and will not help get rid of roaches. They are in the halls and in the apartments!
