Property Id: 400742 This is a great place for CMU students to live. Off campus but super close on Forbes. This is a complex of houses, each features 3 bedrooms. There is also a living room, dining room, kitchen and basement. All appliances are included. The owners are local and known for outstanding service. We have a full time maintenance staff. Homes are available for June 1, July 1, and August 1 start dates. By law 3 people only. Utilities in addition to rent. Off-Street parking available. Please note that pictures are from different houses in the complex and individual homes vary. Please note that each house has an individual address and that the address listed is not necessarily the applicable rental unit. Utilities in addition to rent
