Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building, including outdoor spaces. A $500 smoking fee will be charged for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. Exterior cameras are in place for security. Certain items should not be flushed or put down drains to avoid plumbing issues, and charges may apply if these cause problems. The home may require unexpected or scheduled maintenance, and access may be needed with 24-hour notice.
