About 5269 Bishops Bay Pkwy Waunakee, WI 53597
We are currently in a 2bed/2bath apartment at the Masters community at Bishops Bay. We love it here, but have found a home to move into. We need someone to take over our lease in order to move out into our new home. Rent is $1880/month, but that includes one heated garage parking spot($55/month) and pent rent for a cat($40/month). So if you signed a lease, it would be for $1785 unless you wanted the garage and pet rent. We are willing to pay two months rent for helping us get out of our lease. So you're first two months are on us. We need to get out of this lease to move into our home ASAP! The apartment is 1288sqft, has all new appliances and allows pets. We are the first tenants in the apartment, so it is very clean and no issues at all. If you have any questions, please let us know.
