The best part of this place is its prime location in Capitol Hill, as it’s just down the street from all Denver has to offer, including some of the best coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and music venues. Conveniently, it’s also across the street from a grocery store and a block from the best liquor store in town. Walk to everywhere! Also one block away to the Colfax bus so you can easily zip downtown or make your way towards East Denver/Aurora. Because of the solid wood floors, we will consider pets on a case by case basis. Generally, cats and dogs allowed if neutered/spayed and under 50 pounds with maximum 2 pets. Pet rent is $25/month per cat and $50/month per dog. No pet deposit required. While a parking space is not included, there is a parking permit available to rent in the lot just next to our building, which is owned and operated by a local business for $50/month (you would have a separate agreement with the business for the parking pass). Flexible on lease terms. No property management company. We will do a background check and only ask for a $99 security deposit.
