I love our one bedroom one bathroom! There’s so much space and the open concept kitchen is a must! It makes it so nice and easy to have company over and be able to make dinner and socialize at the same time. The balcony is wonderful for date nights during sunset or just to relax during the day. Maintenance is always out fixing requests and are the sweetest guys. The office staff are so approachable and knowledgeable for anything you need. It’s a wonderful community overall, and my husband and I have had a lovely experience as our first apartment and would rent again!!!

The gates don’t work all the time. The handles on the doors and cabinets are constantly falling off. People don’t pick up after their pets. Dogs bark all day management doesn’t do anything.

We love it here! The dog park is fantastic and we have even made a little loop for walking our dogs. We enjoy the pool and meeting our neighbors there. 53 west sometimes does food trucks or events for the neighbors and that is really nice.

I love our apartment home! We’ve lived here since the beginning and can’t imagine living in any other community. The office is super accommodating and the maintenance staff is the best. The walking trail and amenities are above all others. Come be our neighbor

The location is nice and the apartments are spacious and pretty. I have never had an issue with loud or problematic neighbors. Unfortunately, the main amenity is the resort-style pool and it has been closed all of 2024 except for a few weeks. Apparently there has been a mechanical issue, but we've received only a few emails about this. Pool closure also means no access to the grill, no shared outdoor space to use wifi, and we have to walk further to reach the gym.

I love living here, love my apartment. I hate that it seems my neighbors seem to move out as soon as I start to get to know them. My lease is coming up, I hope it doesn't go up again. It has gone up 200 dollars since I moved in 2 years ago. I will have to consider carefully if I can afford another raise. 2 years and never been late on rent should mean something when my new lease is sent.

Great community! First time leasing an apartment and I’m so glad I chose this place! Love the pool and gym. The front office staff are great and courteous. I love how we can get together as a community through the events they hold in the front office.

So far so good! I really can’t complain. The staff is helpful, maintenance is quick, and this is by far the quietest apartment complex I’ve ever been in! Ps- my plants looove all the natural light!

Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful pool and amenities. The agents are very friendly and available to help. There’s plenty of parking spaces. Only thing is the trash compactor is messed up and trash is being stacked up so it makes the property look messy and dirty.

Love it! Everyone that works here are the kindest and the sweetest. My neighbors are also very kind and checked on me and my son when he had major surgery. The apartment itself is lovely, just had a few issues but the biggest would be being able to hear your neighbors walking around their apartment. They could just be stompers but I do believe the building itself didn’t get much soundproofing. Other than that, we love it.

I'm might be called a homebody couch potato, so most days are normal. I go to work then home. I don't use site amenities (clubhouse, pool). No issues with neighbors, sometimes thumping music is heard, but I've been able to drown it out. I just hate the parking here. When I decide to move it will be due to parking.

Parking is the biggest issue. There are always trailers parked in spots that should be in overflow parking. Most of the office people are very attentive and it’s been a decent experience. The office offered a lease at the same rate that I am currently at and offered new lessees less for monthly rent.

Love the area as it is close to everything in Gainesville but as easy commute to Buford and on into Atlanta. We have because very close to our neighbors and thankful for them.

We have been here for maybe 6 months or so and are still pleased with the complex. Management does a great job with communication when needed, and maintenance shows up within 24-48 hours of putting in requests. Great amenities and quiet area! Would recommend

I love living here at 53 West ! I am enjoying the time that I am not mowing the yard or fixing house ownership problems. My dogs love the doggie park and the walking trail behind me. I have enjoyed everyone’s festive decorations for the holidays.

Great team in the leasing office, wonderful neighborhood with great staff only issues is with the gate and no key fobs, but staff has helped when they are in the office

The leasing office staff are genuinely amazing and are such sweet people who make the whole process so much easier. The neighbors tend to keep to themselves but when you interact, they're friendly and as a community it feels like everyone wants the best for what we all have.

It is quiet, it has deteriorated a little but it is still a good place to live! They have to perfect some things, and take more into account the residents' complaints

My wallet was stolen out of my car, and my neighbor below me beats on my ceiling for doing day to day tasks/ dog may get excited for a minute or two. Have also be cursed at by neighbors that were rude when was uncalled for. Neighbor above me has a dog that barks for hours on end. Apartment is nice and when something breaks they do fix it, however we will not be renewing our lease.

My experience here at the community has be great so far outside of issues I have with one of my neighbors. The staff are outstanding and the community is getting better day by day.

We just moved in a couple days ago but we are obsessed with our new home!! We love it here so much. It’s a beautiful apartment and we have an amazing view!

The community is amazing! It has such a “home” feel to it. I worked with Cheyenne and her knowledge of the area really made me comfortable with my decision to move. I can’t wait to call 53 West my new home!
