Virginia Village is one of Denver’s most sought-after neighborhoods, and it’s not hard to see why this community charms so many people. Located about five miles south of Downtown Denver, Virginia Village offers a suburban feel while still having easy access to city amenities. Virginia Village borders Colorado Boulevard, one of the city’s busiest thoroughfares. This long corridor is lined with grocers, restaurants, big-box stores, and other establishments. Along with several neighborhood parks, residents have easy access to golf courses like Wellshire Golf Course and sprawling parks like Cherry Creek State Park, a local favorite for hiking and camping. The University of Denver is one light rail stop away, so the neighborhood is also a great option for students, faculty, and staff. Virginia Village has something for everyone with affordable to upscale apartments, condos, and houses available for rent.

Property Ratings at 5300 E Asbury Ave.
The manager Sue allowed someone to take our motorcycle while we were in the process of moving out (to another state). We showed up on the last day of our lease to retrieve the bike from our parking space, only to find that it wasn't there. When we asked Sue where it was, she said that she had it towed because she needed the space for the new tenant (even though it was still technically our space at that moment). When asked who towed it she wouldn't provide us any information. We let the dealership that we were purchasing from know, so he could contact us when he received the call. We got a call this week from him, saying that he got a call on 9/20/16 that they had impounded the bike 5 days earlier (almost a year after we were told it was impounded). When they found it, it was being ridden without a plate. We are in the process of figuring things out with a detective, but if I have my way Sue will be spending some serious time in court trying to explain why she allowed someone to willingly walk away with our property when we were still within our timeframe, and then lied about it to our faces.
