It seems like everytime someone moves out, they leave their unwanted mattress, furniture, exercise equipment, electronics, etc on the street.
Pool is nice, my laminate floors are nice, having two bathrooms is nice and the fact that the electricity and water is priced in the rent is exactly what I need at this point in my life in order to live in the expensive city of Los Angeles. I shall NOT complain!
