Smoking permitted only on the outside kitchen deck. Hi-speed WiFi throughout the house. Laundry room is downstairs, shared with the downstairs (1 bd, 1 bath) apartment. There's a large fenced back yard. Pets? Let's discuss. Garage parking for one car, driveway parking for one more car, with more free parking available on a nearby street. This is an upscale space with great views of the Pike's Peak range. Close to Palmer Park Blvd at Powers Rd. Minimum 1-year lease. Home has been remodeled within the past 18 months. Nice place! Walmart Supercenter, Starbucks and Gunther Toody's are only about a half mile away. You are a close drive to all that CoSpgs has to offer. No smoking/vaping, please.
