The worst apartment management ever!!!

I've been living here for few years now and had dozen of complaint on the upstairs neighbor about the loud music, vacuuming late at night and kid running around at the inappropriate time meaning after 10pm and as early as 8:30 am. The manager said she'd talked to them but nothing is being changed. They will quiet down for a week or two and they'd do their usuall noise again. One of the tenant who's been living here for years. Called this a trash apartment and a trash manager. If only that easy to move and find a place. They are clearly violating the "peace and quiet" law over and over.

Bancroft Apartments

This apartment building is perfect for my family. We are able to walk to the Safeway grocery store which is right next to our apartment. Our favorite Nail shop is right around the corner. There are various restaurants that we are able to walk to in the neighborhood. Our courtyard is very nice with a Gazebo and chairs for sitting out on warm days.
