The tenant is responsible for maintaining the immediate front/backyard, and for paying the propane filling, PGE and garbage expenses. The yearly propane tank rental fee and pest control for rodents is paid for by the property owner. The owner and their workers will have access to the surrounding olive orchard (no prior notice will be given), and the tenants do not have access to any of the outbuildings or orchard. 6 month lease required.
