About This Property
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located on the outskirts of Corning on Toomes Ave. The home sits back into the property and the tenant has access to the home and the immediate front/backyard. Inside the home there is an electric unit for heating/cooling, a laundry area that sits off the kitchen (with electric hook-ups), an open living room/dining area and a kitchen that is equipped with a refrigerator and stove/cooktop. The tenant is responsible for maintaining the immediate front/backyard, and for paying the propane filling, PGE and garbage expenses. The yearly propane tank rental fee and pest control for rodents is paid for by the property owner. The owner and their workers will have access to the surrounding olive orchard (no prior notice will be given), and the tenants do not have access to any of the outbuildings or orchard. 6 month lease required.
