i do not have any major complaints. I enjoy living here. Management and maintenance has been great. My only complaint is that the walls are thin and I can hear my neighbors doing laundry and playing loud music.

Every management stuffs are very helpful and friendly. I like the events being hold sometimes a year, many residents and stuffs can gathering to communicate and grab some food. That's really nice.

Smooth move-in process so far! Everyone has been very nice and the place looks clean. All the instructions were clear and made the whole onboarding process a breeze.

I have been a resident for less than a month. My greatest love is the garden where I find fresh air in the early mornings . The 24 hour security brings me much comfort. The noise level inside the facility is at a minimum. However, the vehicular traffic from Connecticut Avenue and other side streets is unbearable, especially early in the morning when sleep is being disturbed. The outside lights also prevent problems in the bedroom. Drapes are desperately needed.

Amenities are amazing. There is no need to leave the building; everything is right there already. Rooftop and garden need some cleaning though. Staff are always cooperative and smiling. The building is well maintained, and if something comes up, maintenance staff would arrive soon. Mario has been exceptional in this regard. One downside is lack of full privacy in the apartment. Whoever is passing by the corridors is able to see what’s happening in the apartments. There is a constant need to use shades to block the view of others. Two types of shades need to be installed: a light day one and black out one for the night. As for the noise, residents are quiet and respectful, but the walls aren’t soundproof. Again, whoever’s passing by the corridors can hear normal-toned conversations inside apartments, and if you happen to be right next to another apartment, you could hear what the neighbours are doing.

It is so nice to come home to such a welcoming environment and greeted so nicely. We appreciate everyone there and love our apartment so much. Barhareh knew we would love it and was so helpful during the entire process. Zero tolerance for any type of smoking and its very much appreciated.

Very modern apartment with friendly staff! The amenities are nice and there is no noise at all. I would recommend this location, and there is a bus stop right underneath the apartment.

I love this building. It is very modern in a neighborhood that has a very family oriented and old-time feel… Which is exactly what I’m looking for. I love the amenities and all of the staff are really nice. The building is extremely clean which I love appreciate and makes me feel at home.

I am so happy to be part of this community. I moved from south Arlington and it is night and day. Everyone in the building and everyone working for the building have been fantastic. I searched high and low for MONTHS and never wanted to move to DC but I was drawn to this building over and over and finally pulled the trigger site unseen. Once I saw the building I was not disappointed. I kept telling the wonderful leasing agent Bahareh that the place looked just like the photos and videos online. Excited for my new adventure in the city!

The environment and service are excellent and I really enjoy going downstairs for a morning coffee during my day off And the printer is very convenient to use, which saves me from having to go to a special shop to solve my data problems

Just moved in and the staff here couldn’t have been more helpful! They helped ensure our move was easy and stress-free. It made me that much more excited to live here!

My application process and move in has been very smooth so far. We are moving from out of state and everyone I have met so far loves the building and neighborhood.

I have been at this property for over 6 years! The staff and community are so wonderful and I have created life long friends. I reccomend this building to anyone that wants to be embraced into a community that feels like family. This building is especially special with the amazing emenity design and glass exterior. You feel like you are in emerald city!

I spent 2 years at 5333 Connecticut and enjoyed the amazing penthouse views. But the best part was the friendly and competent front desk staff, especially Angela and Laneika, and the very responsive maintenance staff, Terrence and Mario. Seriously, I’ve lived in DC for almost 20 years and this is the best maintenance ever. Also, there’s free coffee here so… you should just move in. The location is also great — a nice quiet oasis a 5-min drive to Rock Creek Park with nice restaurants in walking distance. I especially recommend Italian Bar and Comet. Also, street parking is manageable here unlike a lot of other places along Connecticut Ave. We never paid for parking.

Everyone at this building is so kind. Angela, Mimi, and Laneka at the front desk are so helpful, and Terrence and Mario fix any issues incredibly quickly. The amenities are hard to beat!

The staff is amazing, the leasing office is very helpful and easy to work with, the maintenance staff is very professional and quick, and the building is well maintained. All of the tenants are very nice and friendly. Living here is amazing!

I love it here, staff is friendly, and the community is great. Some neighbors can be noisy, but usually it isn't a problem. The community events they host, no however small, are fun, and a nice addition to my week when they happen.

I never expected to find a wonderful village the way I have in this building. The concierges, office staff, maintenance staff and especially the cleaning crew are beyond amazing!! My family and I have been met with such kindness, respect and care. We are so grateful and blessed to be able to call this place home.

I’m loving my loving experience here! Everyone is friendly and the amenities are fantastic! The views are breathtaking as well! My cat loves the big windows and I feel very safe in this apartment.

Honestly it was so much better years ago. Improvements need to happen. Amenities aren’t well run, leasing office has lost a lot of people. Maintenance does cheap repairs aka something lose, w40 or electric tape etc. (not their fault, Bozzuto just won’t let them spend over a certain amount).

Really enjoyed living here for the past year. Everything from amenities to the condition of the apartment has been superb. People living here are a diverse group but generally very nice. I will miss the apparent and the good energy of this place.

Managment is wonderful and easy to work with. Maintenance is very responsive and friendly! Concierge team is always helpful, kind, and caring. Amenities and resident events are wonderful!

It is a brand new, well-kept building with easy to find on street parking around the building. People in the building are friendly. The concierge people are polite and helpful. There is a pretty awesome coffee machine in the lounge/computer area. The outdoor space has a little outdoor green space with a water area that is very zen and a nice gym and yoga room that is never crowded. It is always clean and the maintenance people come immediately if there is a problem. It has been a great experience.

Great building and great customer service! This building has really nice amenities. I moved here1 year ago and really enjoy this building. Bozzuto management does a great job with community building, as we have events regularly throughout the year. Building is extremely clean. If there are any maintenance issues, they are taken care of immediately. Overall, I highly recommend 5333Connecticut!

I’ve been a resident for over a year so I am comfortable saying that this is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. Everyone is so friendly and the apartments are well maintained. The front desk staff are the true mvps. Always so welcoming and helpful. Truly recommend!!

Best community to live in Chevy Chase! Great public schools nearby, quiet and safe neighborhood with parks, restaurant and markets. Also, the maintenance team is always on top of any needs or requests.

Everything looks good. Well maintained building, always kept clean, lots of nice common areas, nice and quite neighborhood, staff and maintenance team doing great jobs. The gym could have a little more equipment for workout though haha

My resident experience so far has been great. Staff is kind, knowledgeable and respectful. My apartment is absolutely beautiful. I love the natural light that the floor to ceiling windows allows in.

I strongly recommend this place. It is clean and convenient. There is almost everything nearby. Recently we got a new pottery place to enjoy.

Love it here! The apartments are sleek and modern. The building has a fresh and vibrant feel inside. 5333 also has excellent amenities, fun community events, and a top notch management team. Maintenance techs are super responsive. The managers in the office are helpful and professional. The concierge (morning and night) is always friendly. I definitely recommend living here. Great place to live! I've been living in 5333 apartments for three years and it's a great community. I miss Fred and Jenn at the concierge hope they made a great difference.

The building is great, modern, very well maintained, and Fred at the concierge desk is extremely helpful with deliveries and any other amenities issues.

I love living at 5333 Connecticut! One of the best features is the concierge service and especially our amazing concierge, Fred. He knows every single tenant by name and goes out of his way to help everyone feel at home here. His kindness, professionalism and dedication to the residents here is remarkable and his enthusiasm about his work is refreshing and uplifting. Throughout the pandemic, Fred has shown his dedication to our building and his care for everyone here, helping us all feel at ease and safe. I've been living in this building for a few years, and I love it. The staff is great. Fred and Terrence, in particular, are excellent. They always greet you with a smile and go out of their way to help you. They're friendly, kind, and very reliable. I would recommend living here.

My experience with 5333 has been great for the year and a half that I’ve lived here. I actually feel like I’m coming home to a hotel every night with how clean and beautiful the building is. There are many physically good things about 5333, but the staff is what keeps me a resident here. We have a wonderful concierge team that is always available, whether that is for package delivery or letting my dog walker in my apartment. The entire staff of 5333 has made my experience here worth the price I pay. The maintenance team is helpful, attentive, and quick. The custodial staff keeps this place spotless. The concierge team is always around (24/7) to accommodate the residents. The leasing team is always around for assistance when we need it. But 5333 has something special that other communities do not have—and that is Fred! Fred goes above and beyond in his role as a concierge. I was shocked when he greeted me by name shortly after I moved in, Every day I leave my apartment and talk with Fred, it makes my day brighter. I really have no complaints from my experience here.

Excellent property at an excellent location. Building staff and management are responsible, prompt, and dedicated. Concierge Fred is the best—a warm, kind, and absolutely dependable person who makes this place that much more welcoming!

5333 Connecticut is the address to be. Fred, the Concierge is a great individual who defines what it means to be a true Concierge. He never complains and treats ALL the residents with Respect and Grace. The staff and the maintenance crew is very attentive and the building conveys a feeling of sheer warmth. 5333 Connecticut ROCKS!!!!!!

I moved into the building shortly after it opened and am now heading into my 5th year at 5333. If that doesn't tell you enough, here is more. I was first drawn to the amazing design of the building. The zen garden, rooftop and units are all stunning. But after moving in, I realized what a wonderful community and staff the building has. Fred, the front concierge is always there to greet you with a smile and goes the extra mile if you ever need anything. Grace, the property manager, is absolutely wonderful. She makes the whole processes easy and enjoyable. The entire staff feel like family. The building is always kept clean and maintained daily. The building is a quite and beautiful little respite from the city. I could not be happier here!

This is the second apartment building I've lived in in DC, and the experience at 5333 Connecticut has been one of the best across all of the places I've lived - DC or otherwise. I love the focus on natural lighting & clean, modern fixtures. The apartments are generally quiet & the location is fantastic - great for walking to the grocery store, for coffee or for lunch. What ultimately makes this such a great place to live is the concierge staff, maintenance and property managers - everyone is so pleasant, helpful, and timely. One of the concierges, Fred, has remembered my name from the very beginning. I renewed my lease a few months ago & I look forward to another year at 5333.

I like my apartment facing east, the sun rises are great with floor to ceiling windows. The neighborhood is very residential and walkable with shops and restaurants nearby. I like taking my regular walks around the neighborhood especially when the weather is nice. The weekday evening concierge, Fred R., is the very best, always so friendly, helpful and responsive. He is always able to assist with resolving any issues when they arise. This place would not be the same without Fred and his excellent customer service.

There are many families that live in 5333, but at this property, we are actually TREATED like family. 5333 is the best building I’ve ever lived in and it sometimes feels like our family is staying in a luxury hotel. The sales office (Grace and James) are incredibly nice, and everyone that works it here is amazing - especially “Mr. Fred” and Jessica at the front desk. It’s a luxury apartment but without the pretense. However, it isn’t the architecture alone that has kept us here for so long - it’s the people that work here who have made all the difference. it even feels like the cleaning team works 24 hours a day to keep everything so spotless!

5333 Connecticut is a relatively new construction in upper NW Washington DC in historic Chevy Chase Village which is primarily a quiet residential focused DC neighborhood. This building sits on the main thoroughfare, Connecticut Ave NW, nearby to a commercial strip containing a grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy, post office, and other neighborhood staples. The building itself is well maintained with timely maintenance service and good amenities. The units are modern, tastefully laid out, and have quality appliances and hardware. Additionally, the leasing staff and concierge (shout out to Fred!) are excellent as well as the community events with free food (and booze). My only unique reservation is I find this area and building to be very family focused (not surprised, given this is again Chevy Chase Village) with quite a lot of children. Certainly children are not a con for many with families, but I sometimes find family use of all the amenities as well as the additional noise from children as a downside. Overall, I still recommend it highly. Thanks 5333!
