About This Property
Classic historic townhouse in Downtown Lancaster with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Our home is located in the heart of the city and is only a 10 min walk from Central Market and Gallery Row. My husband (Ramon) and I (Tori), occupy the top floor, whereas the two free bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. We are currently looking for other young adults to share our home with and provide affordable housing to. Rent is currently listed at $825/month (this includes a fixed cost for utilities and other amenities, so no further charges will be required), and we are more than willing to negotiate for the right person!
