Have you ever wanted to get land with some friends/family and dabble in growing your own food? Over the years the land has hosted a small neighborhood CSA, goats, chickens, bees, a horse, and of course dogs and cats. It feels like an oasis in the city - with a pond, a few minutes walk to April Hill Park and right down the street from Maplewood Coffee. [Application Note] The hope is to form a low-key community to share the land between the top floor house, studio, and a potential tiny house. Given the shared nature of the space, we are asking folks to complete a brief community related questionnaire before moving to next steps (e.g. touring the space, meeting other folks…etc.).
