Living room and bedrooms have old style hardwood flooring while the kitchen and bathrooms have linoleum flooring. Washer and dryer machines are available on the premises in the basement. Tenants have their own private driveway for off street parking that can also fit 2 more vehicles for visitors and a private back patio. Heating is a HVAC forced air furnace system. Rent is $12,600.00 for a 10 month semester at a $1,260.00 monthly payment, with a $1,260.00 security deposit up front. Summer Rental is also available at the monthly rate. Tenants pay for heating, electric, and Wi-Fi separately through NYSEG and Spectrum. Garbage Removal, Lawn Care, Snow Removal and maintenance repairs are included in lease agreement. Rent is collected at the beginning of each month by superintendent who lives in the second floor apartment and who also handles the items included in the lease agreement.
