About This Property
Cozy unfurnished 1 bedroom apartment in an owner-occupied duplex in the heart of Burlington's Old North End neighborhood. We are a young couple looking to rent to a quiet professional. The unit is upstairs with a private street-facing entrance. The East and West facing windows give the unit lots of natural light during the day, and because it's upstairs, it stays very warm in the winter. Newly installed heat-pump provides AC in the summer and heat in the winter with low electricity costs for both. Rose st is within walking distance of Church St, City Market, Jake's Old North End market, and several smaller international markets. It's also within biking distance of UVM and Champlain College. We are a quiet couple, and we are looking for a tenant who is a good fit for our lifestyle. The size of the apartment makes it perfect for a young single professional or a couple. No parking is provided, but there are lots of off-street spaces on Rose St. The building is wired for Burlington Telecom and Comcast, but we are happy to share our fast wi-fi!
54 Rose St is an apartment community located in Chittenden County and the 05401 ZIP Code.
