Park Place Apartments are located in the Normal Town area where there is plenty to eat, drink and shop. Park Place is a quiet and peaceful community in Athens that is within a quick distance to loop 10, Bishop Park, Laundry Mats, and the UGA Science Campus. Park Place Apartments includes One Bedroom and Two Bedroom/One Bath, including Water/Trash, Pest Control. The Two bedroom apartments come with a stack able Washer and Dryer. Application process includes a $25.00 non-refundable fee that applies to anyone 18 years or older that will live in the apartment. The payment for the application fee must be paid in the form of a Money Order made out to FHP or by Credit Card with an extra 3% fee which equals to .75 cents per application, NO CASH. To start and complete the application process, we will need a copy of your ID, proof of income (require you bring home 3 times the amount of rent), Rental Reference Verification information (can NOT be a family member or a friend), We check Criminal History and Eviction History. Once the application is approved we use this as our waiting list, once you have been contacted and have viewed the apartment then we take a "Holding Fee" and this will become your "Security Deposit" once you move into the unit.
