Pets are welcome with a fee of $75 per pet per stay. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and no pets are to be left unattended in the home. Extra pet fees will be added through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed. A Pack 'n Play with crib sheets is provided for families traveling with young children. The upper unit features a balcony without a gate, and the lower unit has a fully fenced backyard, which you may occasionally share with other guests. The washer and dryer are shared with the back unit. Guests will have full access to the upper unit, including private access to all three bedrooms and the bathroom. Contactless, 24/7 check-in is available, allowing you to access the property at your leisure. Our property is professionally managed, with a team available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM and a 24/7 emergency line for urgent issues. Parking is available on the street, while the lower unit has access to park in the driveway. A digital house manual filled with useful information about the property and local recommendations is provided to make your stay as seamless as possible.
