This is the separate, two bedroom upstairs of my home which I have owned since 1991, it's at the end of a court in the Soquel Hills (Monterey Bay Heights) and it is very woodsy and quiet. There are great views of Monterey Bay, a hot tub, an upstairs deck, laundry on-site, and pets are allowed if they behave. The initial lease is month to month but the longer you would like to live here the better and most folks have stayed 2 1/2 - 3 years. The apartment comes with lots of pots and pans, lamps, musical instruments, etc. that you can take advantage of or not. There is also additional storage below the house. Two cars is the the max for this apt.
