It has floor to ceiling windows in the living room and master bedroom, both rooms giving sliding-door access to the 34 foot long private balcony directly over Ohio Street. The apartment offers stunning, panoramic views to the west and north-west, sunsets are included. There is a large Jewel-Osco in our building. Trader Joe's is a block over, on Ontario St. Within walking distance are also Whole Foods, and a new Dom's Kitchen & Market about to open. Portillo's is 1-1/2 blocks away. Uno's Pizza and Dues Pizza are both a couple of blocks away. The Magnificent Mile is just a few blocks east. There are countless other restaurants, shops, and markets in the immediate vicinity. The rent includes: Cable TV with 305+ channels, 6-Tuner HD DVR, 1 HD Box or 1 TiVo Mini; 330 Mbps High Speed internet; Wireless modem/router combo. Rent also includes hot water, heating and AC, & gas for cooking and dryer. Blinds are newly installed on all windows, no other blinds, drapes or curtains permitted. There are two Heating/AC units, each controlled by a separate Nest thermostat. Rental Terms: Rent is $3,775/month, payable on the first of the month. Tenant(s) must have good credit satisfactory to owner, and verifiable employment. Small dogs might be acceptable, decisions will be made on a case by case basis, and subject to additional non-refundable deposit and any possible building charges. No cats or any other kind of animals are allowed. Owner requires a security deposit equal to one month's rent. Lease is for one year. The apartment is available for May 1st rental. New tenant will receive a credit of $750 on the second month's rent, for lease beginning May 1st, first year only. Credit and search fee of $75.00 per applicant. Tenant shall pay for building fees and charges to Tenant for move-in, move-out, freight elevator use, or any others.
