The master bedroom features a king-size bed with an en-suite bath, while the other bedrooms offer a queen-sized bed and two full-sized beds, one of which is in a secret room with its own patio. Parking is available for up to four vehicles in the carport and driveway. There is an optional fee to heat the pool, which must be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival, costing $99 per night with a minimum of two nights. Pets are welcome with approval, at a fee of $75 per pet, with a maximum of two pets allowed. Situated within minutes of downtown Palm Springs, this home offers views of the San Jacinto Mountains and easy access to local attractions. Enjoy the privacy of the backyard while being close to shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. The person renting the house must be at least 25 years old. Outdoor music is prohibited, and indoor music must not be heard outdoors. Any fines related to noise violations will be passed on to the guest.
