Appliances include Oven, Fridge, and Garbage Disposal. NO Dishwasher. All appliances and hot water run on electricity. AC unit in the room itself. Free water and trash. Laundry on site as well as in ground pool. Only utility is electricity. Cable/Internet providers are Comcast and Thames Valley Communication (Local company, much better than Comcast in my opinion). Municipal building is 2 minutes away with Groton Utility and Thames Valley Communication offices. 5 minutes to Groton Shipyard and 15 minutes to New London Engineering office. Local shopping include Groton(Walmart, Super Stop and Shop, and the Big Y) and New London(Mall, Super Walmart, Stop and Shop) among others. Rent will be $699 a month, along with an additional security deposit.
