My experience with FountainGlen in Stevenson Ranch began in 2011, lasted for over 4 years and I have now moved back in after almost 7 years because it felt like home. Living here is a lovely experience and one I would recommend to everyone.
If you are looking for a place where there is peace and quiet I can recommend this place. Although, it is a bit pricey. People don't bother you and just do their business. Plus it is close to restaurants, department stores, pharmacies,etc. I appreciate that it is gated and has amenities. I appreciate that the elevator in my building is well kept and is always available. I praise the housekeeper who has to keep after the pets' stains. It is not an easy job to do housekeeping in 4 buildings. I have been a resident here from 2007 and am going into my 15th year. That briefly summarizes the reasons why I am still staying here. Last but not the least, I appreciate the management. I can say that they are doing a good job.

The maintenance crew have always been excellent and very friendly. The office manager changes from time to time in the 5 years I have been here. Some we really love and some we barely know depending on their personality. Before COVID we had a lot of fun times. Most everyone was very friendly. Im hoping as things open up it will be that way again.
Fountain Glen Ct. Apts is one of the best Senior Apts. In Sta.Clarita Valley. Highly recommended for safety and security of residents. Also recommended for peace and quiet. The maintenance team is very knowledgeable, professional and respectful.

Despite the pandemic, Fountain Glen has continued to maintain a beautiful apartment complex for the residents.
With better management this complex would be the ideal and quiet place to live for those over 55

The maintenance staff is great. The office personnel change alittle more than I would like. When you really get to know them the manager usually gets promoted.
