I really enjoy living in this community close to the shopping centers, friendly neighbors ,green area and cleanliness everywhere.

On the whole I have been happy with my living here.

Very safe place to live. Units are clean and well kept.

The grounds are beautiful and it's a pleasure to walk around.

This is the second time I've lived at Fountain Glen Apartments and when looking for a place to live again, this was the only place I wanted to come because it felt like home to me. I've been here for 5 months now and am very satisfied with my living experience. The atmosphere here is friendly from the tenants to the staff; it's quiet, the grounds well kept and I couldn't ask for more.

My experience with FountainGlen in Stevenson Ranch began in 2011, lasted for over 4 years and I have now moved back in after almost 7 years because it felt like home. Living here is a lovely experience and one I would recommend to everyone.

If you are looking for a place where there is peace and quiet I can recommend this place. Although, it is a bit pricey. People don't bother you and just do their business. Plus it is close to restaurants, department stores, pharmacies,etc. I appreciate that it is gated and has amenities. I appreciate that the elevator in my building is well kept and is always available. I praise the housekeeper who has to keep after the pets' stains. It is not an easy job to do housekeeping in 4 buildings. I have been a resident here from 2007 and am going into my 15th year. That briefly summarizes the reasons why I am still staying here. Last but not the least, I appreciate the management. I can say that they are doing a good job.

The maintenance crew have always been excellent and very friendly. The office manager changes from time to time in the 5 years I have been here. Some we really love and some we barely know depending on their personality. Before COVID we had a lot of fun times. Most everyone was very friendly. Im hoping as things open up it will be that way again.

Fountain Glen Ct. Apts is one of the best Senior Apts. In Sta.Clarita Valley. Highly recommended for safety and security of residents. Also recommended for peace and quiet. The maintenance team is very knowledgeable, professional and respectful.

Despite the pandemic, Fountain Glen has continued to maintain a beautiful apartment complex for the residents.

With better management this complex would be the ideal and quiet place to live for those over 55

It is safe, quiet and peaceful. Hopefully, in the future we will be able to enjoy the social activities we used to have.

I moved here in 2016. I have made great friends and we have had some great managers. Maintenance has always been the best. Since last March we have been pretty much on our own .

I have been a residence of FountainGlen for 5 years and plan on continuing my residency in the future. The management has always been able to answer any questions or concerns of which is appreciated. The maintenance team is terrific, and have always addressed any repairs within my apartment with courtesy and a smile. I am glad to be a member of the FountainGlen Community!

I like it here but the tenants need to be informed more often.

FG CT STEVENSON RANCH IS pretty safe to live in. I like the quiet environment.

Our first 6 months has been extremely pleasurable. The property is well maintained. Staff and Maintenance very attentive to our requests. Feels like home in a very short time.

The location is really nice. Its a sentimental place here for me as Ive lived here 13 years. Every worker here seems to care about everyones needs and concerns and have been courteous and polite.

The maintenance staff is great. The office personnel change alittle more than I would like. When you really get to know them the manager usually gets promoted.
