Nice place to live very nice staff friendly and neighbors very quite. I love this place nice area.

Walls are very thin I do not recommend if you are a light sleeper and you may want an apartment on the top floor. There weren’t any available when I moved in or I definitely would have taken one.

Nice and quiet property well maintained staff are all very professional

We are very happy here with the way management responds to work orders, or any other requests. The grounds are kept nicely, green and trimmed, communications from management for general building repairs coming up are excellent, the activities or events coming up are really nice and well communicated.

Nice,clean, quiet, comfortable place to live.courtesy and attitude of residents and staff are outstanding. I enjoy living here.

I love living here. The office staff is excellent and the maintenance guys and the cleaning lady do an excellent job.

I am very very comfortable here at FountainGlen at Terra Vista. The Management staff is very sensitive to our needs, they enforce all Covid protocols, the grounds are green and beautifully kept, the inside all over is very clean and sanitized, and events are well planned and communicated to tenants. We are very happy here.

The apartments are very nice, comfortable. I like living on 3rd floor.

Fountain Glen is a great place to live, thats for sure.

Here at Fountain Glen the facilities and staff are truly amazing. The entire staff is here to serve us residents. They all have great rapport with one another, which creates a beautiful & peaceful place to live.

We are very happy here, the Complex is kept in excellent condition, the inside of our complex is kept up and is so clean, and safe, and above all the Management staff is wonderful, responsive and sensitive to our needs, and easy to get in touch with.

My first year here at FGTV has been a pleasant experience due largely to the staff and residents. I appreciate the courtesies and kindness from everyone.

Moved myself and my mom in here last month and so far we love it. We feel safe here and the residents are very pleasant and friendly. Props to the woman who cleans the common areas, she does a great job!

Beautiful apartment, peaceful & quiet neighbors & the amazing staff including maintenance at fountain glen is what I love the most. My pet is welcome here. I love the gym here and that its 24 hours. The amenities and solitude are also what I love about fountain glen.

Ive lived here almost a year. This is a nice community to live in. I feel very safe and comfortable here. The staff support is good in all areas. Always smiling and listening.

The maintenance staff is exceptional. Their work is excellent and their timeliness is stellar. Reggie and Emilio meet any maintenance needs I have. This property is maintained so well. Its so beautiful here. I love the staff here they all go above and beyond fir all the residents here. Ive even seen Chrissy help the elders with reaching their boxes in the Amazon hub. Taneka noticed I had got my box from the Amazon hub and walked away. She called me to say another door opened and that I had another package! Love this place! Love this staff!

I really do love living here and appreciate my life here .I enjoy the nieghberhood around me.Its in a good area..close to shopping and hope to see the place kept up..and community activities and classes for excercise and art , music and yoga meditation.

Very professional staff and management, and nice responses

The staff here are simply the best. Maintenance responds with urgency theyre experienced at what they do for us and they always show a sense of urgency to residences repairs. Theyre helpful even if youre carrying a box, asking if they can help you. Fountain glen is impeccably clean our cleaning lady is beyond phenomenal and friendly. Fountain glen is the place to live for me. So glad I moved here. Thank you Four son glen staff for all you do for us.

Living at Fountain Glen has been a nice experience. The office personnel including maintenance team have been very accommodating even thru the long covid19 shutdown. They have taken good care of the residents during this difficult period and we are most appreciative of their continued guidance and concerns.

I have lived here for 6 years . Everyone in management is kind and thoughtful. Bringing Reggie back as maintenance manager has completely made me happy . He is kind, and thorough with his work.

Staff are respectful. Make you feel important resident. The rental fee is reasonable and you get excellent service.

I have been very satisfied with the staff and the ease of moving into the community. I moved to California and FountainGlen at Terra Vista in January during the height of the pandemic, but this was not an obstacle in getting settled here. Everyone has been very helpful and still maintain the pandemic guidelines. I highly recommend this 55 community.

I have resided here at Fountain Glen at Terra Vista for 3 1/2 years. I find this place a treasure in my life because it is such a peaceful place to live. I often head north on walks and look straight towards the mountains. What a lovely view here! The property has several floor plan options from which to choose - wonderful! The staff are friendly people who are professional and personable at the same time. That makes for a pleasant stay here. In the past few years I have made a few service calls which were all met and addressed within a few hours. Fountain Glen at Terra Vista is nestled in a prime location of Rancho Cucamonga surrounded by nice restaurants, shopping and entertainment centers with the Ontario Airport only minutes away. I am thankful for such a peaceful, safe and well-maintain place to call home.
