The staff do an excellent job of keeping our apartment, as well as the grounds, well maintained. I am very happy with them.

I love living here. I call it my resort living. All the office staff have been friendly and helpful when needed. I’ve made many new friends and enjoy actives provided. My only complaint is with the lack of parking. Sometimes in order to park securely behind the gate I have to park 3 buildings away.

One of the best properties to live in Murrieta! With views of the mountains and nature on and within the surrounding area makes for outstanding living.

I have never lived anywhere that had quality service like Village Walk.

Renting at FountainGlen has really felt like home. The whole community is on top of respecting the environment and highly supportive of each other. The office staff and maintenance are timely and supportive as well. So far, I am loving the rental and feel that compared to other communities I got lucky to have found FountainGlen. The application process was simple and non complicated. They allowed me to fill out the application right on the premises in their computer room. The office staff made sure they worked through the whole process to make sure we did it right. Thank you!

Staff and most maintenance personnel are very courteous and pleasant. Ground upkeep is very well maintained and despite that there is only one person to keep the halls, trash and entry ways clean she does an excellent job.

Beautiful grounds, responsive staff and safe/ secure living environment. Location close to shopping area, medical facilities, town hall/ library, and freeway. Youll love it here...

I absolutely love living here at Fountain Glen! The staff is very frie and helpful. The residents in my building are very friendly. While I was moving in, a few of my neighbors came over to introduce themselves! We've had a coffee social and was able to meet even more neighbors! I'm so glad my daughter found Fountain Glen for me. You'll love it too!

I have lived at Grand Isle going on 14 yrs. and prior I lived at Fountain Glenn in Temecula. Being a single women, I have always felt safe and made many friends that have come and gone. Staff and Maintenance have played a big part in making me feel at home.

One of the best feature about apartment living at FGGI is their maintenance program. No matter how big or small, they are there to fix it. Always helpful with any questions. Very curious . For seniors especially, that is a big plus.

Very well maintained. And they always follow up with special maintenance requests right away. Nice community. Good people here.

Its a good place to live but parking is very poor. I feel you should provide an assigned parking space.

I have been here for almost 6 years.... My overall experience of living here has been great. I have really enjoyed the friends I have made, though this last year has forced a lot of changes, for all of us. Our management team works well together, and are there to help when needed.
