Basically I find Fountain Glen Pasadena an awesome residence. I feel VERY safe here. It is maintained fairly well and items that need repairing are done quickly.

Events are well planned and executed. Staff and residents are friendly.

Our experience has been excellent with respect to the many aspects of living in an apartment community. We are very happy to be here. The office personnel is warm and helpful and simply just great.

Peaceful, safe environment. Great neighbors. Staff works hard on social events.

I have walked by FountainGlen for years and wondered what it would be like living here. Ive recently moved in and so far Im very impressed with the people who work to make this a lovely place to live. I LOVE small things like the fountain that is so soothing to listen to in the early morning hours. The wood floors in the apartment are beautiful and the other residents Ive met so far have been friendly. Amanda, the leasing manager, has been wonderful to work with as I went through the application process; she responded quickly to my emailed questions and has been welcoming in my first week. The location in Pasadena is perfect for walking: close to shopping, Old Pasadena, and Vromans, my favorite bookstore. So glad to be living here.

I really like the location which is in the midst of an active, downtown center. A lot is within walking distance. The community itself has attractive features, such as the clubhouse or gathering area and the serene courtyard.

FountainGlen is a well run apartment complex. I would not hesitate to recommend moving here to anyone!

I have lived here since FountainGlen Pasadena opened (almost18 years) and I have been very happy here. The apartment floor plan is very livable with lovely private balconies. The staff has always been supportive and provides an atmosphere of friendship which encourages social interaction among residents.

I will be moving on to another Fountainglen property due to health concerns. I have lived here twice. Both times I was welcomed graciously The location is fantastic for walking to restaurants shopping etc. easy to get to major freeways.

My opinion was voiced above. I am trying to get my son to move here this spring. I like it here mainly due to location where, without a car, I can access most of my needs.

This place is in the center of commercial activities of the city. You do not need a car to get around. Walk its good for you!!!

Ive just moved in, and so far I love it here! The place itself is beautiful and beautifully maintained, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Im so glad I made this choice!

Well maintained community with security cameras, great management who cares about our concerns. Location is great with grocery stores, Target, restaurants, etc all in walking distance. If you have a pet they are welcome! My husband and I have been very happy here.

Fountain Glen Pasadena is a lovely, well-maintained 55 apartment community. I have been here 4 years and have made so many friends, enjoyed the activities and help manage our movie nights. Shopping is proximal and the Lake Avenue and East Colorado shops are great (easy bus transportation). I hope to live here for years to come.

I am very comfortable, secure and satisfied with my residence at FountainGlen at Pasadena. I highly recommend it to others.

The management team, Eunice and her assistant has absolutely made living here very pleasant. The area in which we are located is wonderful, near restaurants and shops most are in walking distance. Apartment layouts have an open concept.

We are very happy here. We especially love the downstairs patio and we use it often in warmer temps.

Good community for seniors 70 yrs and above. If you are younger it may not work

The people that live here are great. Location great. The place just needs to be cleaned daily. Quite when windows closed. Again Ashley and a Reggie are fantastic. I would recommend if they cleaned more often.

The Fountain Glen community has been very friendly so far... i havent really participated in any events yet. I have no complaints... all is good so far!

I have enjoyed living at FountainGlen Pasadena since it opened in December 2003. The administrative and maintenance staffs are responsive to the residents needs and there is a community spirit here which facilitates formation of friendships among residents. The apartment design and layout are very attractive and liveable.

Unassuming apartments in the heart of wonderful Pasadena!

I moved here from a larger apartment in an adjacent city. But even though I downsized, I found the space much more compatible to my needs. Even my family has said they feel more comfortable here. My current apartment is nice, bright and clean and I love the balcony. Once it warms a bit, I intend to have my coffee out there and watch the sun come up. I love the area where the apartment is located - so convenient to shopping and dining out. The residents I have met have been so nice and welcoming. I am delighted to live here.

FountainGlen at Pasadena provides a very comfortable living experience for ages 55 and over. The apartment floor plans are excellent and the property is very well maintained. The management is efficient, attentive to the residents needs and there is a real sense of community and friendship here.

I have lived at FountainGlen Pasadena for over 10 years. I have always found the staff to be very responsive to my requests. Maintenance work is completed efficiently and quickly.

I have been impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility, plus the up to date apartments. And having the administration office and maintenance staff in the building 7 days a week is quite a benefit.

Fountain Glen is not perfect, but no place is. Overall, I am happy to be here and have met some very interesting people. The management team works very hard to make things run smoothly as well.
