I would like to live here for my life time. The entire staff is wonderful and I have fantastic neighbors

Bernadette and her team are sincere and dedicated! That is an added asset here where I choose to reside. The Fountains are beautiful and the landscape is well kept. Access to the building is secure and convenient. They decorate really festive each Holiday and that is a nice touch!

I have lived at two Fountain Glen properties. One in Temecula and now here in RSM. Both have been great places to live. RSM is so close to many stores, library, Sr. Center, trails and walking paths. I still drive but can get my exercise by walking to as many places as I need to go. We have a great manager and are going through replacing office staff.

It is a wonderful facility , very good management and very good residents

Friendly, good living conditions, pool, gym are well kept. Nice views of trees and sunsets. Close to restaurant s and shopping.

I have lived here for one year and I just signed another lease I love it here the people around you are so nice the management team is amazing.

This team is professional and friendly. They keep us informed of any changes or upcoming events.

Very quiet location, centrally located to stores and markets that I can walk to, beautiful surroundings and many amenities make me feel like I'm on vacation, I like it here very much!!

Fountain Glen RSM is a perfect complex for anyone who wants to be within 10 minutes walking distance of most retail merchants and green spaces/parks. Apartments are great, the immediate neighborhood is quiet, and the facility itself feels safe and secure. Coupled with RSM's great year round weather, the gorgeous backdrop of the Saddleback mountains, and it's community parks/pools/rec areas, Fountain Glen presents a nearly perfect place to live. I have very little reason to venture out of town to meet my regular business, retail and restaurant service needs. On top of it all, "traffic" is no longer in your vocabulary when you live here.

Lovely community in Beautiful Rancho Santa Margarita. City of RSM is a wonderful place to live. Has natural beauty, plus extras, lake, community center for All age activities, shopping, churches, schools, walking paths, library,bicycle racks and benches to enjoy beautiful neighborhoods !

Fountain GLen is a friendly. Place to live. They keep the place looking beautiful. Close to walking distances to.markets and other stores and restaurants.

As a recent resident & due to Covid-19 I cannot comment on the amenities Im sad to say. Looking forward to the exercise rooms opening. I do feel extremely safe here. Lucky me I moved into a newly upgraded apt. Im very happy here & love the closeness of the retail shopping center. Great restaurants also! Looking forward to another year.

It is a safe community. The property is kept clean.

FG RSM is like living in a Prison. If seen talking in the hallway we are told thats not allowed and we need to return to our apartment. No rental compensation has been offered when all access to Amenities has been denied. Property is filthy and is infested with cockroaches and rats. The smell of dog urine permeates the third floor hallways. A resident has plugged in a deodorizer to help hide the stench. There is no staff walking the property to insure landscaping, patios, amenities, and stairs are maintained.

Friendly and professional staff. Clean and quiet community. I enjoy the activities and friendly residents.

55 & over living doesn't get any better than FG Rancho Santa Margarita. It is an outstanding facility run by a friendly, professional, and efficient office staff. It's location within this beautiful, safe community is second-to-none, located on a quiet, little trafficked side street and yet within a 3-8 minute walk to most essential shopping, restaurants, retail and routine business services. Green space is available within a 5 minute walk to the town's central park, and walking/biking trails are nearby and abundant. The town's 11 acre idyllic lake has a 1.1 mile walking path and includes a sandy beach lagoon for swimming in warmer months. FG RSM's an on-site gym, pool, business services area, and common area/kitchen area are also great assets. To top it off, the city of RSM is often ranked number 1 safest city in the state of California in the "mid-size" population segment of 25,000 - 50,000 and is surrounded by top 5 safest cities in the state for larger towns (Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, Laguna Niguel). FG RSM is a great apartment community within one of the best smaller towns within Orange County. I've lived in RSM for over 18 of the last 20 years.

So far i have been very happy with my apartment, and, it's location .

My experience here has been a positive one. Staff has always been kind and helpful to me. I have been here a year and feel safe and comfortable.

The property is fine, it is your upper magament that has your residents unhappy.

the people and staff are friendly and how on weekends they have food come in to give to us.

I have been at FG RSM a little less than 1 year. Very happy with my apartment, it's location and how many things are within walking distance. Staff is great. A little down over this Corona Virus experience and how many things are off limit to us but it can't be helped.

I am enjoying my stay here. Appreciate the friendly helpful management plus other friendly residents..

As for Maintenance excellant as for the way senior management how she handles any giving situation is unprofessional and insulting..

New manager and staff have a proactive response to all concerns, and are improving the quality of living at RSM Fountain Glen. More activities, management interactions and a wonderful Porter to attend cleaning needs are credited to my satisfaction as a tenant.

Great place to meet friends.

Because I am new to the community I appreciate the helpfulness of the staff. I also enjoy walking outside and feeling save. The parking lot does have any obstructions that could damage my car. The residents here seem pleased with this complex and a sense of friendly exist to new renters.

Fountainglen Rancho Santa Margarita has begun upgrading apartments and the new finishes are quite lovely. The area is peaceful and the green space is beautiful and serene. The office Personnel are very nice and helpful with special needs!

I havent lived in an apartment complex since my early 20s. I feel safe living here at Fountain Glen @ RSM.

I enjoy this community & have made many friends.
