I love it here, the people are nice, the property is great, the leasing office staff is # 1 and I will recommend this property to anyone looking.

The grounds are lovely and well groomed. I have met a lot of very nice people living here. I love living here.

I would say if your looking for a place that is affordable and nice .and 2 miles from the beach . This is the best place hands down , nice and friendly people . I would definitely recommend living here. newly renovated .

I have waited for a while to live here. It was a worth while wait. I love my view and the people all seems to be content and friendly. I am looking forward to the time when everything will be open and to be apart of the social gatherings.

I just moved in recently. The entire staff has shown a constant sense of pleasantness, professionalism, and that they care about the community and its residents. Quiet atmosphere at night so people can rest comfortably, and the amenities are top notch. I am glad I chose this as my new home. Already recommended to a previous neighbor where I moved from.

Fountainglen is an excellent place to stay. Management is professional, friendly and patient sensitive to our needs. I would recommend the place to anyone who is searching for a home to stay. It is safe and very clean. All gates and entrance doors to the building where I live are all locked by 6pm. Very safe especially at night. I would recommend this to my family and friends.

Location is very convenient to shopping and stores at Seacliff Village.

I don't have anything positive to say. If someone asks me if FountainGlen at Seacliff is a good place to live I would respond "absolutely not". Not until management is changed.

My main concern was location. I love that you can walk to near by restaurants, grocery store, shops, and banks. When I first drove into FountainGlen I was very impressed by the landscaping. Very beautiful and relaxing.

Its a pleasure to be part of this community. Ive been here going on 7 years now. The property is well maintained, service if needed is prompt, professional and complete. The management team goes out of there way to foster the community spirit with special events, etc. Its a great place to be.

I am happy & delighted to call Fountain Glen @ SeaCliff my home. I especially appreciate the staff & how clean & beautiful the landscaping is.

Fountain Glen is a very beautiful and peaceful place to live. I've been living here for almost 5 years. The office personnels are always available to my needs or concerns. Maintenance personnels have excellent knowledge of repairing pretty much anything in my apartments. There are fun and helpful activities and functions offered to the residents all the time. Everyone who comes to visit me here is always impressed by how well this place is maintained. I want to add that it's a very dog friendly place which is a must for me and my chihuahua.

This is a very beautifully maintained property in the very nice & safe neighborhood. Everyone here are very friendly and nice. It's also pet friendly which is a must for my Chihuahua & I. The ammenities and events help us get to know each other. I'm so happy living here.

Fountainglen is a peaceful, clean and conveniently located 55 community. Staff/management are very responsive and nice.

Im a new tenant here at Fountain Glen at Seacliff going on four months. My initial visit was with Joey in the office. He was very kind, informative and professional. The grounds are always clean and well kept. I love my apartment and patio. Im having a wonderful time meeting all the neighbors here in this community.
